INTERNATIONAL HIJAB SOLIDARITY DAY

9/04/2014

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَا تُهُ

Through this blog post I would love to say happy international hijab solidarity day to all hijabi sisters in the world. May we keep istiqamah and proud with our hijab on. I also hope for the good of my sisters who lives at any countries with tough rules about wearing hijab. I should be grateful that I was born and raised in a country with Moslem as the majority religion so I don't need to fill my days with fearness of breaking the country rules, mocked by others, any punishment related to wearing hijab, etc. But I believe that my sisters who live in a country with strict rules about wearing hijab or doing any activity related to what they believe are strong woman who can survive from all those trials. May all those trials adding more faith into their heart.

For me, hijab is a love symbol from Allah SWT for all Muslimah (Muslim women) in the world. He wants to keep us from bad things and take us closer to the good things. Hijab is such a reminder for me not to do the bad things and to do the good things more. Amin, insyaAllah.

What about you?

  3. Though religion is not my cup of tea, I do sincerely and full-heartedly back your wish that women who consciously and independently choose to wear a Hijab, should be able to do so without any "fearness of breaking the country rules, mocked by others, any punishment related to wearing hijab, etc" !
