Indomie is famous and delicious instant noodle made in Indonesia, for me Indomie is such a guilty pleasure. Eating to much Indomie contribute to significant increasing of my weight but resisting the temptation of Indomie is so hard to do, almost impossible. Actually there are so many instant noodle brand besides Indomie, but I don't know why Indomie name had become a trademark for instant noodle in Indonesia.

Since I stay in Jakarta I super rare consuming instant noodle, until my friend, Ieren, told me about a unique recipe called "Indomie Susu" (Milky Indomie). Usually people cooked Indomie by put the noodle into boiling water and done. At the first I doubted the deliciousness of instant noodle mixed with boiled milk, I thought the taste will be kind of nauseated or too much. It was hard for me to imagine spicy things like Indomie mixed with milk until I know how delicious it is, my new guilty pleasure in this world which is could be yours as well :p

Ingredients:
  • 189 ml milk ( I'm using Bear Brand milk)
  • 189 ml water (to cook)

  • 1 Instant seasoning (Included inside instant noodle packaging)

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 70 g carrot (Additional, depends on you)
  • 3 onions, chopped (Additional, depends on you)
